Terms and conditions:
- Stay of 4 nights minimum from May 26th to 30th, 2011
- Reservations will be secured upon receipt of written confirmation, a credit card number with its expiry date in order to fix an option.
- Package prices during the Formula 1 Grand Prix do not carry commissions (prices net of commission).
- For all total or partial cancellations made prior to December 31st, 2010, an amount corresponding 50 % of the total package will be charged. For all total or partial cancellations made between January 1st and March 31st, 2011, an amount corresponding to 80% of the total package will be charged. No reimbursements will be made for any total or partial cancellation after April 1st, 2011.
- For all rooms or suites unoccupied by 3 p.m. on Friday, May 27th, 2011, the hotel reserves the right to consider the reservation as cancelled and to dispose as it wishes of the accommodation reserved.
